  • 3 months: $325 programming only / $450 programming and nutrition (15% discount)

Three Month Intro Package

For new clients looking to save on their first three months. All the same services as monthly programming, just at an introductory discount. Perfect for a meet prep or any short-term goal.

  • $300 paid-in-full

Nutrition Coaching

Fat loss, hypertrophy, or anything else—custom macro guidance with flexible meal plan and weekly updates. Available as a standalone option or as an add-on to programming services.

  • $75 per month (standalone)

  • $50 per month (add-on)

  • $100 for three months if added to intro programming package

In-Person Meet Day Coaching

Focus on executing the plan and having fun—let me take care of everything else. From planning your attempts to loading your warmups for you, I handle it all.
